Do you find it difficult to talk about your issues or problems?
Are you finding it hard to put into words what you want to ask?
Are you finding it difficult to actually say the words out loud?
Or is the helpline just not open when you want to talk...
Then either use Instant Messaging when available or email us!
Our Instant Messaging service is provided by the same volunteers who answer the phone. The service is free to use and is confidential and secure.
We try to answer chats as quickly as possible but sometimes you may have to wait for a volunteer to become available.
If you need immediate help then call the helpline on 0300 330 0630 between 10am and 11pm 7 days a week.
To enable us to offer you a good service it helps if you:
- Use a computer (PC or Mac) with a strong Internet connection.
- Stay focused on the chat and respond promptly.
- Try not to do other things while chatting.
- Let us know if you have to end the session - you can always come back later
You can access LLGS Instant Messaging through the link below when someone is available (online).
If its not available right now you can see when the next session is due to start but do come back and check as a volunteer may be available before then.
