These are the kind of subjects that can come up in an average telephone shift. You can't really put a value on the difference our Volunteers listening makes. But every call we take costs money and we need your donations to enable us to continue to provide this service.
A 3 minute call costs an average of 30p
A 20 minute call costs £1.90
A 1 hour call costs an average of £5.70 (and many support calls last more than an hour)
